Funny Dandelion

Okay, so I hear you aren't supposed to use your kids' real names on blogs. I am really not sure why but I will ATTEMPT to go along with this....merely for the amusement of giving them names. So, picture my dandelion headed girl for this story....

I know, I know, there are several things I told people I was going to blog about, eg. Prom and Pilot for a Day but that is just hard right now. I have to download pictures onto the blog. And its too late for that. And I don't know where I put the camera.

So back to my story. Hannah (I mean Dandelion) was sick this past week and I got to spend a lot of one on one time with her. She is such a funny kid! But she doesn't know she is funny....she is actually a really serious kid that says such funny things without meaning to.....Here are a few from this week to record for posterity....

Upon finding her in bed with THREE pillows under her head:

Me: "Honey you are going to get a stiff neck sleeping like that...."

Hannah: "If I don't sleep with three pillows then when I wake up my nose talks".

(a creative way to put what I guess she is describing as a stuffy nose)

On the way to Arctic Circle to get her a sprite for her tummy.....going through the round-about.....

Hannah: "Who yelled?"

Me: "What do you mean?"

Hannah: "WHO yelled?"

Me: "I'm sorry....I don't know what you mean".

Hannah: "That triangle yellow sign - it said "Yelled"

Further down the road....upon passing the Belleview Subdivision.....

Hannah: What kind of people live in "Belly-View" anyway?

Not a day goes by that I don't thank the Lord for the blessing of my twins. They are a constant source of joy in our lives!

Oh. P.S. I didn't do very well using the fake name, did I? I am too tired to go up and change it.
